"We recently bought our first home so I had to do a lot of shopping around for quotes. Unfortunately State Farm couldn’t insure my house because of its age, however the rep I spoke with Mark Shivcharan was still able to get us a truly excellent quote that bundled car insurance for our two vehicles plus extra liability for our home plus life insurance! The best part was that all of that insurance worked out to be less than we were previously paying for just the auto insurance (which wasn’t even as good as what we have now!) Mark was truly a pleasure to work with - always responsive and great at explaining everything and answering any questions we had. He made buying insurance so much easier than I expected it to be and I’m really happy to have found a rep I can trust. I would definitely recommend this office because everyone we spoke to was very friendly and I never had to wait very long for a call back if they were busy."

"My insurance was coming up for renewal and I had just moved to a new area, so I asked the insurance advisor I had been working with to shop my rates for me. I was previously with Dairyland and was paying $1100/6 mo for basic coverage- 25k/50k bodily injury and 25k property damage liability (and this was with a discount for paying the full 6 months!). My insurance advisor said with the move it was going up to nearly $1600/6 months, and the next best she found was $1000/6 months through Mercury which had terrible reviews. I decided to shop around myself. Dominic was very persistent with his emails and calls and the rates he sent me were shockingly low, I thought there’s no way this is true. I talked to him, finally, and he got me better coverage for less money- 50/100/50 instead of what I stated previously, but he also added 50/100 uninsured motorist - all for $929/6 months. Additionally, we added $125k life insurance for $20/mo which I have been meaning to get but have been putting off. I am impressed with the customer service, and how pleasant Dominic was. We started talking about seven months ago, and he promised me that he was going to keep an eye on any changes on my insurance policy.
